Update on missing tweets, other issues 4 years ago

Many people are still missing updates from those they are following. We’re working to make sure you get all the content you should be. 

Also, some folks have been seeing another user’s profile when trying to view their own. This problem sometimes will resolve itself after a few hours and is caused by a problem with how we cache data. If you find yourself affected by this problem, please know that your profile has not been lost. And we are working to fix it.
