Update on follower counts; AOL contact importing bug 3 years ago

Two problems with follower counts should now be resolved. Missing followers or folks you follow should be fixed. And we’ve fixed a problem where people with large followings were ending up with stale follower counts.

Follower and following counts may still fluctuate downward as we continue to clear out old inconsistencies.

Also: we’re tracking down a bug with the AOL contact importer. Apologies for the inconvience as we determine and fix the problem.
